i know im grey, but maybe start with 250 mg then titrate up to desired dose. i would also get bloodwork to keep e2 levels normal without having to use an AI. if you go super high dose test get raloxifene to prevent gyno or reverse early gyno, you may not need it but better than not having it when you need it.

29 gauge 1/2 inch needle would cause less than a harpoon 2 times a week

Maybe go 250 to 350 to 450 lil smoother increase than starting at 350 but yk ur body the best
