for ref im 19, 5'8 153 lbs with decent amount of muscle

im thinking just cycle 2 mg of reta for 10 weeks to help cut off fat. thoughts? idk if i should stack it with bpc 157 or anything else. im not concerned about losing muscle im in the gym consistently.
 
I think you would have to increase the dosage after 4–6 weeks to maybe 4 mg or 6 mg. At least that was my experience.

2 mg is a good starting point, especially if you’ve never used a GLP1 before. You’re unlikely to lose muscle on Reta because it’s a triple antagonist, so you should be safe. Just make sure to get enough protein.

No need for bpc 157 unless you feel extremely tired and painful after working out. Reta will make you lose weight fast, make sure it's fat you're losing and not muscle
