Take shit that is meant for the gym because that will ascend you too. Roids are mostly for gym. Roids can also descend you like give you acne/hairloss and shit liek that but its genetic too. If anything take some peptides like Ghk or take reta after a roid cycle. Take MT if u need to tan. Probably best for ascending are peptides more than roids

You dont have to take roids, maybe take RAD140. Good start, but if you want to get on test. Thats a good start too. If i were you, i would just start with a sarm instead of a steroid. Remember that, anything like this will shut ur natural test levels forever if you mess up a tiny bit. You will have to be of HRT for the rest of ur life
