Yo I want to start my first cycle of just ghk cu to get into the habit of pinning daily before I start something more complicated, but I need some help.

The cooling is pretty clear ig. Just cool in like 2-8C. No freezing.

From the knowledge I have (no big research) I would do 2mg/day. For the Reconstitution I would mix 1 vial (50mg/vial) with 3ml of BAC water. But how would I dose this right for the daily. Would I mix and just pull 0.12ml a day?
And could someone explain also the peptide calculators?

Also I think like 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks of because of zinc
