Cycling Accutane + tretinoin together?

Currently on 120mg of Accutane daily and tret, has anyone done something like this before, if so how did your skin react?

It doesnt make sense taking both of it, fucks your skin 2x times and the results will be the same. Tret has a purge phase just like accutane holy shit you are going to fuck your skin barrier dont do that

In Europe its really high, most people work up to 80mg max, Heard Derms in the US prescribe higher dosages in US tho
