dont cycle hgh just stay on it until your growth plates are closed and take at least 10 iu recomended 12iu

cycle it long term and get one month off, up the dose slowly of HGH, if u don’t really see any sides, to 7/8 IUs and use aromasin instead, rough on hair but no rebound since its a suicide inhibitor. I personally cycle 6 months or so.

what if he will take at first 5ius of hgh for everyday (except sunday saturday) and then after 1month he will increase the dose to 7ius for 2months or smth like that also what if he will instead of taking exemestane he will use letrozole or anastrazole (i heard that letrozole is better for growth plates)

best way is to start with 2 and add 0.5 every week until 6, then add 1 IU a month (0.5 every two weeks) until 8 which is personally the sweet spot. as for AIs it’s no big difference between non suicides as it’s all about checking ur E2 levels and keeping them under track at recommended ones (check zagro’s guides)

Just use 6 iu starting and see if it does anything with you and keep going up until 8-9 iu

just to take small break from pinning to let the body rest or smth (also im going to do this cycle with the autor of the post and it will be hard for us to pin on these days )

that’s what the 1/2 months off are for but yeah if u can, pin but if u really can’t then it’s no big deal but look into it more
