Cystic acne treatment options?

I have used accutane for the past 5 years for cystic acne

It works but thins my hair badly and I have used dutasteride and minoxidil to offset the loss but it's still going

The long term health consequences of accutane are unknown and it certainly damages DNA and causes liver and kidney failure

I just began .1% tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% spaced out by 12 hours since they negate each others effects if used at the same time.

I have cystic acne that is getting worse

You can try b5 megadose. One study showed that taking 2.2 grams of b5 reduces acne by 67% after 12 weeks
