Cystic - ish Acne & mild acne

I've tried adapalene, tret, and other things for acne. it never got better, and i tried to get my derm to put me on accutane but he wants to try topical treatments first. how do i get him to comply with accutane for me.

just take what he tells u to, when it doesnt work take accutane.

I just had my mom do perscription fraud so i never had struggles like this.
