Cysticacne left me with PIE

I had severe cystic acne so i started accutane and i’m now around 3,5months in. My acne has cleared up well but i got a lot of pie. I still have a few months left on accutane. How can i get rid of these while i’m still on accutane? Also, how much worse does the sun make pie scars? Going to a hot country soon.

Sun makes them much worse and last longer, not really the best idea and protecting from it might be the best idea in your case
