i would say Erda is the best ngl overall

from what i heard which is very little cause i mostly don’t give a shit erda is the most potent but also the riskiest so high risk high reward

most potent so when you calc your intake right it gives the biggest results fast

they offer similar sides when used long term in my opinion so not worth it too much
