You coud agree with him to send the batches you want to inject in for testing beforehand.
That way you know exactly what you're going to inject and it'll be probably cheaper than pharma hgh.
Maybe you can also find a group for group testing.

Some Chinese ugls offer to cover parts of the testing cost as well I believe (under certain conditions).
