I genuinely have no idea what this means.
For about a month I'd been pinning HGH every night. I'd stealth my way to the fridge, grab the vial as quietly as possible, pin it in my room, then put it back and tape it to the underside of the top shelf. I honestly thought my opsec was flawless.
Then out of nowhere my dad looked at me and said, "I know what you did, kid."
At first I thought there was no way he meant the HGH. But then he told me to stop playing dumb and asked, "Where are the vials? You injected that stuff, didn't you?" That's when it hit me. I had taken the vials out of the HGH box he'd confiscated, but I left the empty box exactly where it was because I never thought he'd actually open it. Turns out... he did. I tried to play dumb for a minute, but I already knew I was cooked, so I admitted it.
Weirdly, he didn't yell. He just sat on the couch and calmly told me I was going to grow crooked, mess up my organs, and deal with all kinds of side effects. Then he told me to hand over the vials. I went to my room completely stunned. My first idea was to refill the empty vials with tap water and give those to him. I'd already gone through 14 of them, and if he realized that, I knew the conversation would get a lot worse. I grabbed a syringe, locked myself in the bathroom, and started filling them, but the faucet stopped working at the worst possible moment. Then my sister was waiting for me to go to the gym, so I told my dad I'd give him the vials later and left.
During the whole workout my brain wouldn't shut up.
How did he know I pinned it? What if he searches my room? What if he finds the rest of my compounds? What if he sends me to a psychiatrist or thinks I'm on drugs? If everything goes south, do I just tell him it's my money.
I got home expecting the worst, but my dad was asleep.
I checked my room and nothing had been touched, so I went through with the plan. I filled the empty vials with water, cleaned them up so they looked unopened, did my usual night routine, pinned my HGH, put on minox and peptide serum, and went to bed.
The next morning I was convinced he'd immediately ask for the vials.
Instead, he just woke me up for school like nothing had happened.
No questions.

No lecture.
Nothing.
