Water fast for 48-72 hours with electrolytes (potassium chloride and salt) so you can stay active, then refeed and repeat till reaching desired leanness. If your hella fat refeed with smaller meals (500 calories) if you don’t have too much body fat you can refeed with larger meal.

refeed with meats etc, carbs are also fine but will take longer to return back to ketosis.
