since his ban, we haven't heard much from said user, but after recently appealing, mods have officially decided to bring him back, but at the sour cost of most of his reps, keep in mind that he had 25k reps and now just above 3 thousand, making it less than his postcount

unbanned just this wednesday, the mods have decided to give the user another chance after quite some time, to say the least.
