Yeah the captian america video doesn't prove anything, he was 5'4 before taking the serum according to the lore, not 5'8 or 5'9. He was exceptionally short. We all know that exceptionally short people are treated like shit and they look small everywhere they go. This does not apply to manlets who are between 5'8.5 - 5'10 because most people are in this range (In the west). Reminder that face starts to matter more than height after the 5'9 threshold. No one cares about sub-5'8 manlets, they are rare. As I said, most manlets are between 5'8 to 5'10.
