I wake up around 6-7 hours naturally and feel amazing.

a lot of supermodels have fucked up sleep schedules from flying across countries and constantly traveling. Yes sleep is important but 8 hours every night at the same time is not necessary per se

i dont even sleep at nights. i go to bed at 6am and wake up 3pm
That's 9 hours. If you do that regularly and get your daily dose of RLT you're fine.

That's true OP my eyes can look amazing when I get a good amount of sleep but tiredness makes me look like Dracula or Granny (my avi)

I didn't sleep regularly for like 8 months lol.

Naps of 3 hours 3 times per day at random time and such jfl...

Now im at the minimum least sleeping 6 sometimes 8, sometimes 10, at night.

I go to sleep at midnight then wake up at 4 then go to sleep again until 10
