Also most the skull's development is done by the 1st year, and this kid is likely over a year old

60 percent of the face and jaws are already developed by age 7 thats why mike mew tries to get children at the ages of 5-7. By age 18 , 90 percent of the jaws and face are grown and by age 21, its done growing.
