I am white, live near london. I get some attention from girls now i am lifemaxxing, but not chad levels.

When i spoof gps on tinder or use my tumblr where i say im living in hk, i get chad levels of attention. A lot of that is that i am white and english.

One of my black friends gets absolutely more attention from girls here than i do. But he went to china for work and literally got called a black devil and asked by police what he sas doing there more than once.

Taking race into account is smart. I could maximise my results by running jbw game and my friend maximises his results by not going to china.

Same is true for all the races, locations etc.
