Does it really, I like lifting but I think I’m gonna start full body 3x a week instead of PPL 6x a week, I should be able to make just as good gains anyway

Yeah it does but 2-3 a week isn’t THAT bad just make sure to be eating a lot of animal foods to heal faster

Yeah, I usually do low volume high intensity, so there isn’t that much fatigue or anything
