Sure I never disagreed with the rest apart from proportions and also he might’ve not done LL in his femur

he did 10cm in femur and 10 in tibia. Absolutly mental but good case study

Totally safe except infection if done not more than 5 cm advancement for each bone. So 4 inch double LL is good to to.
