i was actualy getting hopefueled and brainwashed by thinking that i can change my looks for this a few days thinking i could actually improve my deformed ethnic face and horrible ratios or my height i was thinking about going back to the gym and got motivated until saw this video by some girl i like and i realized i could never look as good as him or look a little like him with my shitty frame and height and my horrible face ratios and boneless face



at the end its all genetics and predetrmind before you were born, you cant change how you look looksmaxxing is all cope
and this whole improving looks is a mental illness
its actually good for people with no social awarness they can cope with it

someone with a little bit of awarness knows this whole shit is cope u will never be like someone blessed


at the end even if you looksmaxx for a long time and be in this looksmaxing stuff
