True, i don’t listen to autists here most of the time but i’m not cocky or smth and still have low self esteem from time to time. Probably because I’m unhealthy and sleep at 4-5 am, barely drink water and don’t eat all kinds of foods so it affected my mental. Mood swings , depressive episodes etc. I went on semen retention recently to boost my energy and motivate myself to get my stuff together

I didn’t, i still had acne at 12-13 but never deep acne or smth severe. Most would simply disappear by themselves but it did suck to have it on my face since ppl would look at it. Just leave your acne alone and rub ice on your face. As long as it’s not acne deep in the skin it should disappear by itself but it depends for everyone
