I['m getting implants from pagnoni along with fat grafts from another surgeon for my orbitals

However I like to cope because im like 20% bf so maybe my jaw just appears narrower due to fat cheeks

No idea on the recovery I haven't properly talked with fat graft surgeons yet, but price wise I'm looking at around 1.5-2k

I definitely need fat grafts for my supraorbital area, and undereyes I'm leaning toward as well because my infras appear to not be recessed. Whenever I feel my undereyes there's just bone and no fat jfl
