Stop reading these fucking suifuel posts and get depressed about that shit, block everything out of your mind. All your focus should be and what you should be prioritizing first in your life is: leanmaxxing to 12%, skinmaxxing, keep your haircut fresh and save up for surgeries or take loans to do them. People here will read a suifuel post and feel depressed for the rest of the day and achieve nothing, and that does absolutely nothing for you and it's literally a waste of your day. Here is a daily routine that you should follow if you spend your days doing nothing...
Exluding work and studying:
Wake up, brush teeth and floss. EVERY DAY, MORNING AND NIGHT, very important.
Start your skincare routine if you have one, for the day.
Make a good breakfast, since you are leanmaxxing you are gonna wanna eat right since you are leanmaxxing, so everything that isn't calorie heavy while giving you some protein for your daily protein intake. If you are a beginner to the gym you may wanna go on a certain diet, although I didn't as a beginner, and choose Intermittent Fasting since it worked for me.
Hit the gym early. For beginners who may be scared of going to the gym due to too many people, or simply don't like crowded gyms because you have to wait for equipment, early morning is a perfect time to go.
Go home and shower, every day, especially after the gym, please.
After this you can either do some homework (Know that there are quite a few young people here), or simply just relax for an hour or so, until lunch time.
Again, for lunch you want something which doesn't contain too many calories and a good amount of protein. You really want to keep track throughout the day when it comes to your calorie intake so you don't surpass it, as well as your protein intake so you hit your daily goal, this goes obviously for cutting, maintaining and bulking...
After this, please try and just get out. People are turning into antisocial retards because 99% of guys are sitting inside playing video games 24/7. I don't care if you literally have 0 friends, go shop for clothes, shoes, whatever, window shopping, walk around in town, just anything that forces you to go outside and at least gets you somewhat out of your comfort zone.
Once you are back home, again, dinner, you already know what is required there, for the third time.
Now, for this remaining time that you have for the rest of the night, you and I both know that you will inevitably end up playing video games, but please just try not to. I am not saying to cut video games out of your life completely, but fucking hell, cut out a significant portion and focus on actually improving your life. If you need to go on the computer, try and learn something which you can profit from and will actually be able to do something for you, such as coding for example, learn an instrument, a new language, just something that isn't gaming, because that's literally just wasting hours and hours that could be used doing something productive.
Now last but not least, sleep. This ties into the gaming part, because a lot of you sit up all night playing video games and have a fucked up sleeping schedule. These are 3 super basic things that I really would suggest: 7-9 hours of sleep per night, 2 liters of water, cut out soda completely, Coca Cola zero is fine from time to time, but it affect's your teeth, but it can fill your need for sugar.
These last 2 points which I am going to make, these may definitely sound bluepilled but they aren't. What I mentioned at the beginning of this post about reading certain posts on here, looking at places like femaledatingstrategy, looking at chadfishing experiments and all that, no more of any of it. If you see any link that has anything to do with any of this shit, just don't click it. I would click on these and it would make me feel like shit because it felt like I would never get anywhere, but simply just not paying attention to all of this has helped me significantly, and you may say that it's cope or whatever, but it fucking works, and it stops me from not being depressed or unproductive for the day.
Last but not least volunteer work for something you care about, whether it's an animal shelter or something like that. This is going to get you out of your comfort zone and actually will make you have to interract with other people there, and you will also get to take care and work with animals if it's something you enjoy. I volunteer at an animal shelter and I absolutely love it. I have met friends from there and it definitely brought me out of my shell a lot and taught me certain things.
I hope you guys can hopefully pick something up from this thread and I apologize if it may be difficult to understand some of it, especially since English isn't my first language. Other people can feel free to add in certain things which I may have missed or which you use in your daily routine that could help some people.
