Daily Routine

I'm curious to hear what everyone's daily/weekly/etc routine is and why (for e.g. state your goal/s, current life situation, etc)?
 
wake up,
shit 2 times
eat banana or white bread
run 8-12 miles (40-60 a week)
20-30 min kettlebell tabata, or 30 minute push up complex, or 100 pull ups
10-15 min of core or stretch
shower
eat while watching something
sip coffee for 30 minutes, 1 cup with cream, 1 cup black
shit after coffee
procrastinate on looksmax.me
study
eat
study
eat
try to meditate
sleep

4;45 wake up
4;45-5 stretch + box with bag or speedball
5-5;30 eat + get dressed
5;30-6/6;30 get to work
6/6;30-(anywhere from)12 to 5 work
(if I finish before 3pm, workout, chill, eat - If I finish after 3pm, well, I'm at work, so I hit a workout as soon as I get home)
6;30-8 wrestling or no gi BJJ
8-9 Kickboxing
As soon as I get home I sleep.
(I train MMA 5 days a week + sometimes sparr with friends on saturday nights at home gym w/ ring)
(I only lift weights/workout 3 days per week, If it's a non work out day and I finish early, I'll just watch an extra couple episodes or rick and morty)
