It's called DAIRY, not DIARY, a diary is a book to write down your daily experiences. The latter might be beneficial too for some people here, though.

Same. I used to drink a shit ton of milk and eat yoghurt and cheese until age 13, then I stopped. I was pretty tall compared to other classmates. Now I'm 16 and I'm 6.17 feet or 188 cm because of a bad lifestyle ffs. I changed my lifestyle though so I'm hoping to grow taller and to get a more robust bone structure by sleeping at least 8 hours, eating and drinking a lot of dairy + eating vegetables and meat every day, excersizing a lot more (not lifting crazy weights btw, just using doing push-ups, sit-ups, squats and running around the ghetto streets like a crazy man).

That's just the issue. There is no universal objective.

But even then, IGF-1 is a piece of a far broader jigsaw. Aging well against aging poorly, and getting big against staying smaller hardly depend upon some glasses of milk and a box of halloumi fries.
