Ask an ortho. I have a narrow palate, narrow mouth so I'm getting MSE

try mse with facepulling if you want the "easiter" method
pulling your maxilla forward will shorten the philtrum

My IMW is 33mm, my fwhr is 1.6 but my midface is 1.1?? How does that work?
