Yeah okay no need to be so harsh but you’re probably right. I’m just a bit sad all the time because of how I look.

Edit: over the years as well, like ever from a teenager I had this implicit feeling of despair all the time in a chronic low grade condition. It was always after a few days I would feel it and it felt depressing. I don’t know why it was so continuous at first because after 15 it became less continuous and more sort of periodic with that period changing all the time. I watched porn and ate junk food and didn’t do much physical activity.

Though even then it wasn’t all the time, more so just drinks.
I didn’t like sports and fitness during this time and right now because I always had this dread I was going to be terrible. In fact it wasn’t even a dreadful feeling it sad reality at times I could see it and feel it.
I just never had the will to change things man.

Don't need equipment at all, just go 3-5 times a week, get caloric intake up (probably huge increase to get over your probably fast metabolism); you'll feel much better once you gain some musclemass.
