Damn I was gonna ask for help but I’m too far gone

I was gonna post a picture of my body to ask for help but then I realised I’m fucked compared to
Anyone here.

like what is the point.

I’m 17, no muscle mass at all, no bone mass/density. I’m skinny as hell for my size as I’m 188Cm and weight 62~63KG.

I can barely lift the 20KG bar for a bench press
exactly my starting point haha. I was 190cm, weighed 64kg, and benched 30kgs first time I got to the gym.
2.5 years from then, my bench pr now is 130kg x 1, squat 160 x 1, deadlift 175 x 1 (all done at 100kg bodyweight)
I weigh 86kgs @ 14% bodyfat

There is always hope bro.

not likely, I was one of the weakest kids in my class all the time.

Alright my man I’m also one of the weaker students I swear. I can only bench I think like 28KG or something but that was last year and I haven’t tried after getting embarrassed
