Now they push N Korean propoganda and this video totally feels like a piece of propoganda jfl just read the comments

Why does China want to showcase N Korea so much? Did they already grab it under their wing since USSR felt down and N Korea lost true economic support, now they've been keeping the country secret building things up inside it and now trying to open that country up for a bit more democracy and more economy?
