I mean mse is not a good aesthetic change because of several reasons. Getting a bigger nasal aperure will expand the nose feomt the base to the radix. So you need a wholre rhinlplasty to make it better. Also it slightly moves the whole area forward and down. Also moving the whole under eye rim can strain the whole eye region. Also the baloon type of exaoansion pattern. Also the lower jaw gets out widened so you lose harmony. Its a shit procedure
