depends on what your researching
if its specific things you read all of if not

try and find meta analysis, lit review and shi
if you cant find any of them try and find books articles and even tiktok or yt vids and try to understand the topic and
read the main conclustions and take aways and i always like to find the limitations and critizism of the study too
