r these damon braces or traditional braces? i’ve heard that damon braces r better than traditional but idk why. also with my braces i have class three elastics but i have heard that class three elastics recess u and was wondering if that is true or not

Those are traditional Damon braces don't use elastic but sometimes the orthodontist can put them on there for appearance

but i thought elastics didn’t have enough force to move bone, only teeth
