This is a good development of boxing stage ngl, we can now finally see the best fighters fighting in just one league all together, it's so hard to follow so many boxing league's fucking hell I stopped watchingI feel like its just another way for the organisation to make money and the fighters to lose money. But from a spectator standpoint i kinda fw it. The weightclass system makes sense and apprently there will only be 1 belt per weightclass, which i also fw, Dana also said hes against stat padding etc so will only match up the best fighters. Plus it has the approval of Turkey al sheikh so i guess we can expect alot of saudi cards

U can't bro, boxing doesn't use any kicking movement and the way ur feet moves is very integral in boxing techniques, kick boxing would unironically be better for uFuck man. How do I balance both Boxing and MMA. I'm so conflicted. I train both. But I want to get into the UFC. And only Muay Thai is the best stand up for MMA.

Exactly. And it was so hard to know who was the best in each division because there was a million fucking belts and a unification bout every other weekThis is a good development of boxing stage ngl, we can now finally see the best fighters fighting in just one league all together, it's so hard to follow so many boxing league's fucking hell I stopped watching
I swear this would make watching boxing really exciting, imagine all the best in the world is in dana white's leagueExactly. And it was so hard to know who was the best in each division because there was a million fucking belts and a unification bout every other week

Most of them wouldnt go though because they can get paid 10 times more fighting a bum on a well promoted cardI swear this would make watching boxing really exciting, imagine all the best in the world is in dana white's league
You're literally better off learning either kickboxing or Muay Thai than boxing lol.Fuck man. How do I balance both Boxing and MMA. I'm so conflicted. I train both. But I want to get into the UFC. And only Muay Thai is the best stand up for MMA.

You can train boxing, muay thai, wrestling, jui jitsu etc in the gym and spar in a specific discipline. But from what it sounds like with you wanting to make it to the UFC, youre only gonna be competing in MMA, unless youre still at that amateur level where you just want fight experience so you have a few fights in K1, Muay Thai or boxing just to get the feel of things. I remember i had like 5 amateur boxing bouts and was also fighting mma at the amateurs too before i went pro.
And as for Muay Thai only being the best standup that isnt really the case. In terms of getting the feel of kicks, elbows , clinching etc, yeah maybe, but boxing in and of itself is hard and teaches you how to perfect your punches, your guard and footwork etc, so dont knock it.
