genuinely how do you learn how to not look retarded when you dance at bars?

girls have asked me to dance but I have no idea what to do or what im doing so I just stand there like an nd retard.

dont be fully sober and dancemaxx
dancing at the club is the easiest way to get slays, due to the fact that the woman who are also dancing theyre are very obvioulsy low inhib, and most likely the ones who are easiest to give themselves up

you are right, nobody really cares how good your dancing is ig.

for me getting slays isn't the issue (im waiting for marriage), I just dont want to look retarded

when I was in highschool I was a complete incel. I've ascended (ive been on this forum since 2022 even though I haven't really posted)

I guess just knowing that I could get these women if I wanted to makes me feel amazing, like im proving to the person I was that I'm worth something. I also just got out of a 1.5 year long relationship and feel terrible.

+ its just a fun experience with my friends. I know this is just a phase and I hope to get over this soon.

I had long hair (down to my butt) which looked terrible with my humongous forehead. I changed to a middle part which covers my W shaped hairline.

I look meticulous care of my skin, so my acne cleared up.

I was big into the gym (I was 185 pounds), but because of different factors mainly diet (Orthodox Lent is very hard) I ended up losing 40 pounds. I also got more sleep and obviously am still going to the gym.

WATER IS IMPORTANT. When I wake up, before my shower I drink 2 cups of water and another 2 before leaving the house, alongside a caffeine+potassium pill. I pair this with caffeine undereye serum, and icing my face (if its an important event), and my face looks completely different. I also do lymphatic drainage exercises in the shower every morning (with salicylic acid lubing my hands) :lul:

The most important thing is routine. Skincare, minoxidil, Gym, debloat, are things you need to do every day to see results. I made sure there wasn't a single day where I did nothing. I have a lot planned for the future (heightmaxxing stuff, PEDs, mt2).

I am 19 (and 5'10)

There are methods of gaining height without involving growth plates. I have lateral pelvic tilt, so I'm going to work on fixing that. There are a lot of other methods too. I'm not expecting insane results, but I'm optimistic. I'm not expecting too much so no harm in trying imo.


some of the methods on this server look like they may be worth experimenting with + I have my own theories.
