So i just made some Dandelion Tea to try to debloat my bloated face. but instead of just drinking it i though: ''why not put some potassium powder in it''. so i did, FUCKING HELL I'TS DISGUISTING. i didn't even put in that much and the whole fucking cup of Tea tastes like shit. idk if this is some chemical reaction thats gonna kill me or should i stop bitching and just drink the fucking thea?

Potassium tasted very similar to sodium but it's just like a shitty version of salt.

It tastes like really bad salt water.

Take diuretics but most of the water weight comes from carbs.
