not shampooing is shit for your hair you get sebum (sebum contains DHT) build up. dandruff is also bad and associated with baldingFuck dandruff but fuck shampoos, the best my hair had ever been was going for well over 2 months without touching shampoo. But I had to use Nizoral eventually cause the dandruff had gotten so bad but now I've lost my mogger hair gains

What? H & s contains zinc which is antidandruff and some other antifungal shit that not every shampoo contains. And it works in reducing mine although nizoral works better but dries my hair too much
head and shoulders can contain whatever but ketoconazole is the main ingredient
Im just saying its not a generic shampoo marketed scam. It legit works. Idk nizoral where i live is more expensive and less quantity and more harsh to the hair but i got a bottle of nizoral atm that i also use in my face. My flaky skin is getting worse lately tho so not even nizoral works over
