I have little-normal flakes of dandruff, it’s not crazy big flakes there regular flakes but i’ve had them for nearly 2-3 years now i’ve tried sulfate free shampoo/conditioner’s and everything and nothing has worked i also tried nizoral shampoo which helped at first but then it slowly started to become less effective, if you guy’s have suffered/suffering something similar and have any tips let me know.

Derma shampoos work like a charm

Aplica jugo de limón en tu cabello durante 10 minutos y déjalo actuar, luego dúchate. No sacudas tu cabello; deja el jugo de limón hasta que se seque.

It doesn’t come with a conditioner I use it as my main shampoo and it just takes off dandruffs when you use it

I don’t think that has any correlation with my issue.
If your dandruff is caused by sebderm yes it is, i dealt with that issue since i started puberty, went keto/carnivore and it went away

Do you use it whenever you want or do u have a specific routine on what day you don’t
Or do use it?

Had a huge problem with big ass flakes snowing down every day for years. Got worse and I got Ketozolin 5% and it worked.:feelsgah:
I would use less shampoo as it dries your scalp a lot.
Also alie vera helps with the itchiness.

Try it and mark this comment as a solution if it works :feelsokman:
