Dangerous blood pressure update

After a few hours of heavy manual breathing, stress, overthinking, dizziness my blood pressure has stabilised. Safe to say I won't be touching peds for at least a few week or months and will be cutting back heavily on caffeine consumption, shout out to whoever reccomended me to check my bp when my heart rate spiked

But nothing ever happens right

as i mentioned earlier, telmisartan should help which i would recommend you to order now

cutting back on your dose would solve it at the root cause, and i'd be hesitant to quit cold turkey because of the hormonal shifts making you feel terrible, and would just use a TRT-level dosage instead

my bp personally is fluctuating a lot. make sure to measure for an average throughout the week
