dangers of unrealistic expectations

the amount of low IQ ppl on here who think that they will ascend is crazy, what people do not realise is that genetics is everything. obviously lifestyle plays a role as well, like if u grow up aggressively mouth breathing and not looking after yourself you would be ugly asf even if u have good genetics. with looksmaxxing u can only get to a certain point, obviously doing some basic softmaxxes u can improve your looks (ascend if something u can change is why ur ugly such as being fat with acne or smth) but u gotta have realistic expectations, even hardmaxxing isnt gonna ascend everyone.

i often see people who are ugly who tried to ascend but couldn't start gym celling thinking they will get jacked and pull, (which girls don't like muscles on UGLY guys) however even if you decide to gymcell genetics are the most important. a lot of people even with the assistance with steroids wouldnt be able to reach the level of someone natrual with superior genetics. i do beleive in going to the gym to improve physical and mental health for the people who dont have the genetics to build a impressive physique but only if you enjoy going and do not have unrealistic expectations.

this is based for people who are new like me to these kinda stuff, please make sure you have realistic expectations or else you would fuck up your mental health more then it already is for a short term sense of hope.
