Introduction
Despite being on a fresh account, I was an OG user of this forum. I deleted my account when I realized I’d gotten the value I needed. In the past 2 years, I have accomplished all the things my previous self couldn’t - sex with attractive girls, a long term girlfriend, overall confidence in my ability to attract and maintain a relationship with a woman. I wanted to come share what I learned, or at least reinforce that some of things discussed on here work well. However, this wasn’t the result of just 2 years, but nearly a decade of strictly following a routine that rivals American Psycho, and I attribute it to most of my success as I had serious issues with my hair and skin growing up. While my routine of course includes going to the gym daily and eating a healthy diet, I’m just going into the skin and hair loss prevention protocols here because these are things you can change instantly given you have the money.
Because I wasn't a trucel before seriously looksmaxxing, over time this stack has given me success I didn't think was possible - especially on dating apps where lookism is the most brutal - and it seems to just compound as I am getting older. It relies heavily on information I found here years ago as well as personal experience, and it has allowed me to age better than any men I personally know (outside of acquaintances that are professional models with insane genetics, some of them have been mentioned on here as PSL gods, lmfao). To put things into perspective, I have a twin brother, and this routine has brought me to a point where most of the time, people don’t even recognize we are brothers unless we flat out tell them.
To a lot of you, this won’t be any new information, but based on some of the dogshit routines I’ve seen on here just from browsing around again, it can’t hurt. I want to provide my experience with the various products and routines I’ve deployed, because unlike a lot of users here I actually have had personal experience and more important than anything, I’ve had success.
Remember, any and every routine is worthless if you aren't consistent. With skincare and haircare, consistency matters more than anything
If the product exists online, I’ll provide a link to the exact product I’ve had results with. The Amazon links are for an affiliate link store I just made, so if the forum is against that now I have no problem removing them.
I had noticeable, bad hair loss early on starting at 16/17. I was on my way to NW3, with this stack I have regrown a hairline that is indistinguishable from my teenage hairline. People literally think I’m lying when I tell them I was losing my hair at 18 now, roughly 7 years later.
Now that I’m back on my grind to see how I can maximize anti-aging benefits, I’m also going to start incorporating keto shampoo. I won’t bother linking what I’m testing because I haven’t been using it long enough to decide if it’s worthless or not. I know it dries the hell out of your hair and scalp, so I’m going to see if the pros outweigh the cons, as it is mainly for treating Seborrheic Dermatitis on the scalp which I don’t have (if you have dandruff, this shit is probably for you).
My skin was pretty awful as a teen. Very bad acne, very uneven tone, and the cherry on top was that I was pale white, which further worsened the overall situation. I was such a retard that I initially thought you were supposed to leave cleanser on like lotion for the first several months, further wrecking my skin. After years of experimentation, this is ultimately the skincare stack I use religiously everyday, after trying dozens of high-tier products. This is the exact order I use them (order does matter for applying skincare products). It also includes application for things like castor oil and minoxidil that concern hair, as these are applied at the same time.
In terms of things I tried that didn’t work, Volufiline seemed ineffective. I can’t recommend anyone try it. I already knew it sounded too good to be true when purchasing, but I have lots of extra income and so I’ve tried most products that repeatedly come up when it relates to looksmaxxing.
I don’t have enough time to write up my other routines now for supplements, weightlifting and diet, but what I can say is that if you aren’t working out hard every day or most days, you aren’t looksmaxxing, and you will regret it eventually. There’s so much content on how to obtain a respectable physique that I don’t feel the need to give exercise advice here, but know that obtaining a body halo is worth it even for the ugliest of men. If you aren’t going to the gym daily, but you think you’re a ‘looksmaxxer’, you’re an idiot. I cannot understate the importance of it, especially because there is limited time to build a physique and the fact that it takes years to reach your natural potential. I know literal cripples who show up at the gym every day, just like I do. Nobody has a good excuse not to workout at least 30 minutes a day unless it’s a recovery day. And it goes without saying, that if you aren’t at a respectable body fat percentage (sub 13/12%), you have to tackle that as well as introduce serious routines like mine to get serious results. If anyone wants more detail, or wants me to do another post on supplements or other things I use for hair, skin, gym and overall health I will.
Big thanks to the old users and posters of this forum, wherever they all went. Some of them seriously changed my life. Hopefully my experience can help some of you too

Hair Loss Protocol
I had noticeable, bad hair loss early on starting at 16/17. I was on my way to NW3, with this stack I have regrown a hairline that is indistinguishable from my teenage hairline. People literally think I’m lying when I tell them I was losing my hair at 18 now, roughly 7 years later.
- Dutasteride (Generic) – 1mg oral, daily in the morning
- Most effective DHT blocker that exists, DHT is responsible for the vast majority of MPB
- Previously used Finasteride, a weaker version that is more commonly known. Noticed I was still losing hair and had no sides, so switched to Dutasteride, which halted all loss
- No link because this needs to be prescribed. A google search and an online doc can take care of this in less than 30 minutes.
- Minoxidil (Rogaine) – topical, morning and nightly to hairline and eyebrows
- It’s a topical growth steroid. It works by getting more blood flow to the area - so it can help make the hair in the area healthier or prolong time to full bald, but long term it’s useless with no DHT blocker like fin or dut
- I use Rogaine but any topical 5% is going to work the same. Kirkland is greasy as fuck though, would not recommend even if it’s slightly cheaper
- Microneedling (Derminator 2, 12-needle tip)
- This was less consistent. I did this while I was still unable to fraud a NW0. I’ve since restarted as I want to see how far I can push things. Microneedling has some pretty insane transformation results online, and if you don’t respond to minoxidil, this can change that.
Now that I’m back on my grind to see how I can maximize anti-aging benefits, I’m also going to start incorporating keto shampoo. I won’t bother linking what I’m testing because I haven’t been using it long enough to decide if it’s worthless or not. Skincare Routine
My skin was pretty awful as a teen. Very bad acne, very uneven tone, and the cherry on top was that I was pale white, which further worsened the overall situation. I was such a retard that I initially thought you were supposed to leave cleanser on like lotion for the first several months, further wrecking my skin. This is the exact order I use them (order does matter for applying skincare products). It also includes application for things like castor oil and minoxidil that concern hair, as these are applied at the same time.
Morning
- CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser
- The most gentle cleanser I could find from a reputable dermatologist brand that still got the job done. So many facial cleansers just strip your face and leave it feeling like a desert if you don’t instantly apply moisturizer
- Timeless Skin Care Vitamin C Serum with Vitamin E & Ferulic Acid - Brightening Serum
- Boosts Collagen
- Fades marks left from acne
- Gives better skin texture, and inherently tone
- Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid Booster
- Clears pores, reduces hyperpigmentation
- Works as chemical exfoliator
- CeraVe Eye Repair Cream
- Really not sure if this provides a major benefit. I do it because my under eye area is one of my biggest concerns for aging.
- Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel
- One of the best moisturizers that you can currently buy for its price. Contains Hyaluronic Acid which noticeablely hydrates skin, 10/10 just expensive when used daily as much as I do
- CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion
- Another layer of moisturizer on top of the hyaluronic acid layer, to really trap everything in and prevent skin from getting dry
- Minoxidil (Rogaine) – hairline + eyebrows
- Already explained, see above
- Castor Oil – lashes + brows
- I use this as a conditioner for the hair we have on our face. Eyelashes and brows are extremely important, and if you’re washing your face as much as you’re supposed to, you’re constantly stripping this hair of any of the actual healthy oils it should have. This fixes that
- Side note, I’ve been using this for years and my long eyelashes are something girls consistently compliment me on
- For best results get an eyelash curler and use it if you’re going out on a date
- Aquaphor Lip Repair
- If you’re planning to kiss some girls at some point in your life, you need to have good looking lips. Self exclamatory product, this is just like a much better version of chap stick that will keep your lips moisturized for longer.
- Buy a cheap toothbrush and use it for scrubbing your lips. This will exfoliate them and make them look plumper and healthier. Apply Aquaphor after.
Post-Gym (Midday)
- Same as morning, except:
- No Vitamin C
- No Azelaic Acid
- No Minoxidil
Night
- CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser
- Tretinoin 0.05% or Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid Booster (alternating nights)
- Tretinoin 0.05% is not necessary, but Tretinoin is a MUST. Like anything that actually gives serious results, it requires a prescription. But any generic will do. Start on 0.025% and see how you tolerate it.
- Tret is the most important thing to get if you don't have it already for so many reasons. It's anti-aging properties are unmatched and results easily visible within weeks and months.
- CeraVe Eye Repair Cream
- Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel
- CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion
- Minoxidil (Rogaine) – hairline + eyebrows
- Castor Oil – lashes + brows only
- Aquaphor Lip Repair
- Tanologist Medium Face + Body Drops – applied Mon/Wed/Sat
- Life saver. If you are even remotely pale, get this shit or some form of self-tanner today. Tanning out in the sun is retarded, it is literally the main reason why old people look old. At the same time, going around pale is a huge looksmin in the West. No one’s going to notice or care that you’re using a self tanner unless you severely overdo it. Even if overdone, it looks better than being pale
