So I have blue to dark under-eye circles that won't go away, no matter how much I sleep. Caffeine serum, skincare, bentonite clay, and drinking three liters of water haven't helped. Is there anything that can help? Thanks. In the picture, it doesn't look too brutal, but IRL it's much worse, I think.

dark circles can be vascular (blue/purple tint from visible blood vessels), pigmented (brown/grey from melanin buildup), or structural (shadows from hollowness or puffiness). from your photo, the bluish tone and skin texture suggest vascular or structural more than pigment-related. topical retinoids (like retinaldehyde or low-strength retinol around the orbital bone, not too close to the lash line) help thicken the dermis over time, reducing the visibility of underlying vessels. look for an eye cream with peptides (like Matrixyl 3000 or copper peptides) and vitamin K oxide, which can help strengthen capillaries and reduce leaking that causes that blue undertone.

Can adapalene/differin cream helps

adapalene is a third-gen retinoid, milder than tretinoin but still powerful. it works by speeding up skin cell turnover, boosting collagen production, and thickening the dermis over months.
