Contrast is key in beauty. If it makes you look interesting, keep it, if it doesn't, don't.

Imo shave, your jaw has decent robusticity so I would not grow facial hair over it. Also your beard looks slightly patchy.

Not in my opinion, you don't have attractive stubble imo, but your jaw is good. So clean would be nice.
