For the color you've got two options:

1. Concealer / Makeup
Go to a local makeup store and have the employees match your skin tone to a concealer, or order some bb cream online in a similar tone to yours

2. Caffeine based serums
Find & Order some online, I've used some and they've worked fine, not amazing not bad

dont use tretinoin or any tipes of a vitamin topical creams around your eyes. its because of the thin skin there and you will fuck it up. just use concealer or caffeine serum or both. tretinoin is very harmful to thin skin

I'm getting myself some concealer today for my eyes, dm me if u want me to show you the before & after whenever i can be asked to take pics
