I have dark circles under my eyes and I want to get rid of them. I get at least 8 hours of sleep if not more every night, is there anything else I should be doing?

- Sleep: Getting 8 hours of sleep may not be enough, sleep duration isn't always sleep quality. Aim for 7.5 or 9 hours, sleep and wake up at the same time every day (circadian rhythm optimization). Stop screens 1 hour to half an hour before bed. Consider ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate supplementation about 1 hour before sleep.
- Hydration: Is your hydration, make sure you're getting over 2 liters of water religiously, aim for 4 liters if you can. Consoder electrolyte supplementation too.
- Specific products: the guy above me said it perfectly, volufiline and caffeine eye serums (I used to use The Ordinary one, it works, I just stopped using it because fixing my health in general got rid of mine even after I stopped using the serum). Also, sun exposure can darken the circles to make sure you're using sunscreen. Retinoids can also help reduce the appearance of the dark circles.
- Hardmaxxing: If your eye circles are caused by lack of support in the area, you can get implants and fat grafts for that. These surgeries are luckily on the lower range of price and are not likely to have complications, fat grafts can be botched though.

use hemorrhoids cream that contains Phenylephrine (WORKS LIKE A CHARM BTW)
Is this something I can buy over the counter at a pharmacy?

I go to sleep and wake up around the same time (9 30/10 - 6 30/7) but i find i wake up in the middle of the night frequently (only once a night) but most days a week. Will taking ashwaganda and magnesium glycinate help with the waking up?

Both of those have a sedative and relaxing effect, so yeah, more than likely they will help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep for longer. Here's the one I take

If you get enough sleep and you still have them it cause of your bone support
Meaning your low orbital rim is recessed
