Dark circles

Can someone explain, how a bad diet influences dark circles and what part of the bad diet (nutrients and so on) causes them? cause I feel like my dark circles get worse and worse. Now they are also in the upper center part around my eye, (to my nose). By the way, I know my hollow eyes cause dark circles to show, but can I completely remove them somehow, instead of covering them?

i had same thoughts but i somehow gained fat around the eye

My lifestyle is getting better and im losing fat, so ig my fat on the eye is decreasing, gonna look into cortisol and caffeine tho appreciate it
