How to fix bugs under my eye and dark circles

I’m 15 and have dark circles and bugs and since my skin is clear it’s making a big contrast on my face I’ve cut energy drinks, coffee Im sleeping better I’ve used
Caffeine creams but nothing working is there anything I can do or just save for surgery

yeah i am sorry bro its not the skin, start saving up for a obo, or fat grafting undereye surgery, or get filler undereye to replicate soft tissue, atleast you have blue eyes

well best would be obo ig, but fat grafting is very very good and underated, but i doubt you would get those, so filler under eye is perfect to start with, even tho i am against filler in a lot of cases i think it is good here
