hello everyone so i want to fix purple under-eye circles and i went shopping . I found this under eye elixir for a few bucks Aqua, Glycerin, Isopentyldiol, Dipropylene Glycol, Pentylene Glycol, Caffeine, Panthenol, Euphrasia Officinalis Extract, Aesculus Hippocastanum Seed Extract, Ulva Lactuca Extract, Inulin, Cellulose, Glucose, Fructose, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylhydroxamic Acid and i was wondering if it could fix the problem? at least temporary

It won't permanently fix the underlying issue if you have thin skin or tear trough hollows, but for purple (vascular) circles, Caffeine and Horse Chestnut (Aesculus) will temporarily constrict blood vessels and reduce puffiness. Glycerin and Panthenol will also hydrate and slightly plump the under-eye area. Good temporary budget option.
