Dark eye circles

I have been sleeping late for 4 years but I still was sleeping 7 to 8 hours but I developed some really bad darkness bellow my eyes it's not too puffy but just dark.
Will sleeping early fix it or did it become permanent already due to me sleeping late all these years

If you don’t have any hollowing or tear throughs just get fat grafts under them. Way better than filler and permanent.
