Dark spots around mouth after dry skin (hyperpigmentation??)

the corners of my mouth are darker than the rest of my skin. changed cleanser 2 weeks ago and my skin became dry asf then switched back got rid of the dead skin but now theres dark spots in those areas

use a niamicide containing moituriser or a vitamin C serum. Idk why you thought it was a good idea to use a harsh cleanser on dry skin but wtvr. Just stick to water or a moiturising cleanser until the skin barrier is healed. Mark as solution

multiple weeks/ if not months. Skincare isnt something u see quickly
